The Fall Rally showcased music from the "5 Stringer". This opened a very wide variety of classic banjo music that was most enjoyable.

Drew Frech, Becky Schneider, and Gail Verbridge gave an excellent concert of music by George S. Gerhart. This composer has written some very good banjo music that is seldom played. Try his pieces when you get a chance.

The theme of the Spring Rally is the music of Herbert J. Ellis. This very prolific composer wrote hundreds of pieces so there is a great selection. The orchestra numbers will include the "Ellis Dances" arranged by Tim Mainland. If you need parts, please contact me.
